By default, the ComPactHTTPd server writes all its trace, message, and debug output to the stdout stream, which means that it is usually displayed in the terminal window from which the program was started. It alternatively offers the options to write the logs to files or keep them internally and pass the information to a window of your WWW browser, which is what you can see below.
The amount of information logged can vary by a great degree and can of course be configured by the value of three variables defining the trace, debug, and verbose level.
