incorporated in DCVS 1.0: 

     o import of CVS 1.12.12

     o GUI support for DCVS
     o use of standard cvs workspace format
     o 100% compatibility to standard CVS clients
     o installation packages for FreeBSD, Debian Linux, Redhat Linux,
       SunOS, Mac OS X 
     o installation file for Windows 2000
     o unification and simplification of the replication machanism (CVSup) 
     o support for client declarations in dcvs_config 
     o improved documentation: DCVS FAQ, DCVS cm rules, DCVS setup in
       30 minutes, change sets and snapshots.
     o miscellaneous bug fixes

The Following changes, additional features and fixes are
incorporated in DCVS 1.0.1: 

      o realisation of a NetBSD package 
      o a few corrections and completions added to documentation

A few corrections and bug fixes are incorporated in DCVS 1.0.2.

------------------

The Following changes, additional features and improvements are
incorporated: 

      o windows cygwin package for installation  
      o import of security patches CVS 1.12.13   
      o additional installation package for SUSE Linux  
      o miscellaneous bug fixes (see KNOWN_ISSUES for more details)

Release DCVS 1.1
----------------

The following changes and enhancements are scheduled for the release:

      o incorporation of all bugfixes and problem solutions for bugs and
        problems arising since DCVS 1.0.3      
      o implementation of a -J option which uses snapshots instead of tags
      o full import of CVS 1.12.13 changes
      o Eclipse Plugin to use snapshots and change sets directly from
        Eclipse Client
  
DCCS (presently in development)

DCCS is a comprehensive configuration management system for
distributed Development. DCCS comprises several subsystems which build
upon each other:

DCVS, DITS, DPCS, LDAP-Server, E-Mail-Services, SSH tunnel or VPN.

DCCS provides the following functionality: 

      o version control
      o bug tracking and task control
      o change control
      o process control
